Ingredients

Salmon grown in the open sea, fed naturally, without antibiotics and GMOs.
Salmon (Salmo salar), sugar and sea salt.

Packaging

The sliced salmon side is skinless vacuum-packed inside the elegant black and silver Upstream box.

Transport

For proper preservation during transport, the sliced salmon side is placed in isothermal polystyrene containers together with ice gel with special packaging film for food products.

Storage

Fresh product, without preservatives, to be kept in the refrigerator at a temperature between 2 and 4 °C.
Expires in 30 days.

Tasting

The sliced salmon side is ideal to enrich fresh and quick dishes, such as salads and sandwiches, or the most original pizzas.

Sliced salmon side

The sliced salmon side is the central part of a side, a special cut for quick and tasty preparations.

It retains the qualities of the piece from which it is made: it is soft in texture, delicate and fresh.

Like all products in the smoked salmon line, the sliced side has very little fat and conveys the taste of an all-natural, lean and healthy salmon, an authenticity preserved during marinating and smoking by unique processes. The marinating of Upstream smoked salmon involves alternating salt and sugar, never together; the smoking is done with beech wood from the Emilian Apennines, specifically thought to guarantee its delicacy.
