To offer you maximum freshness, we only ship from Monday to Wednesday.
For this reason, delivery in Italy usually takes 2-4 working days from the moment the order is received.
If the destination location is among those remote or inconvenient for the courier, our Order Office will contact you for more precise information on delivery times.
The packaging includes the use of isothermal containers in expanded polystyrene for food use. Its high degree of insulation, combined with the use of gel ice, allows to keep the ideal temperature until the delivery of the order. The number of refrigerated blocks is chosen according to the average temperature of the period and the expected delivery time.
The minimum order is 70 euros, excluding shipping costs and promotional vouchers included.
In Italy the shipping cost is free on orders over 100 euros, while it is 12.00 euros otherwise.
Shipments abroad must be requested and agreed with our Customer Service.
Returns and replacement
Pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decrees no. 21/2014 and no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), Upstream provides the Consumer with a legal guarantee on the product for any lack of conformity that manifests itself within the expiry date of the product itself.
The guarantee allows the Consumer, by contacting the Seller directly within a reasonable time taking into account the nature of the product, to replace the product, reduce the price or refund the amount paid if the product does not comply with what is described on the site and Upstream quality standards.
Any report must be submitted together with proof of purchase of the product (e.g. e-mail order confirmation) within and not later than 3 days from the date of delivery, if the defect is presumed to have resulted from incorrect transport, or within 3 days from the date of detection of the conformity defect, if it was detected once the product has been opened.
For non-perishable goods the notification of the defect must be sent no later than 2 months after the date on which the conformity defect was found.
The report must be forwarded by the Consumer to the Seller via e-mail to the address email@example.com; the Seller shall promptly inform the Consumer of the methods by which to return or make the product available.
The Seller will carry out quality controls to verify the actual non-conformity of the product itself and will provide feedback to the Consumer via e-mail.
In case of ascertained non-conformity of the product, the Seller shall refund the Consumer the price of the product including the shipping costs incurred for the return of the non-conforming product or alternatively, without any cost to the Consumer, to repair the product or replace it with a new product; in the latter case, the non-conforming and replaced product shall remain the property of the Seller.
The refund shall be made by the Seller to the Consumer through the same method of payment received or through another method agreed between the Parties.
The Consumer has the right to recede from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days from the delivery of the order only for the goods not subject to the exclusions referred to in art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005. In particular, goods that risk deterioration or expiration rapidly and sealed goods that do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic reasons are excluded from the withdrawal.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer is required to send written notice by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating their personal data, order references and the goods affected by the recess.
The Seller, having carried out the appropriate checks, will invite the Consumer to return the products to Up Stream Italiana s.r.l., via G. di Vittorio, 39 - 43044 Lemignano di Collecchio (PR) - Italy.
The products shall be returned, or in any case sent to the Seller intact, complete with all their elements and accessories, accompanied by the attached instructions/notes/manuals, the original packaging and packaging and in any case in the conditions in which they have reached the Consumer. Otherwise, the Consumer shall not be entitled to any refund.
Following verification of the returned products, if the conditions are met, Upstream shall reimburse the Consumer for the costs of the products but not the shipping costs.
The aforesaid refund shall be made by the Seller to the Consumer through the same method of payment received or through another method agreed between the Parties.
Method of payment
The payment methods accepted on www.upstreamsalmons.com are safe and reliable. Your card data and any transaction made will be protected and never accessible to the Seller.
By choosing to pay by credit card, at the end of the purchase procedure, you will be able to enter your card details. The data is managed directly by the Prestashop Checkout payment gateway and can in no way be visible to the Seller, who only receives the outcome of the transaction.
All credit and debit cards (e.g. Postepay) of the Visa and Mastercard circuits are accepted.
The system supports Mastercard's Verified by Visa and 3D Secure Code security methods to guarantee maximum security to the Consumer.
To make the payment through your own account, at the end of the purchase procedure a PayPal pop-up will open to enter your login credentials only. This information will be managed directly by PayPal and not by the Upstream Site.
Paying by bank transfer, the order will be sent as soon as the payment is credited to the Upstream account. This operation takes on average 1-2 working days.
Preparation of the order will be faster by sending a copy of the bank transfer receipt to email@example.com.
