This control system allows to enhance and express all salmon flavours, from sweetness to saltiness, as a result of a unique process. The thin-sliced composition is perfect for an easy preparation and at the same time to appreciate all the nuances of flavor.

Ingredients

Salmon reared in open sea, naturally fed, without antibiotics and GMOs.
Salmon (Salmo salar), sugar and sea salt.

Packaging

The Sliced smoked and aged salmon is vacuum-packed inside a natural paper box.

Transport

To ensure a proper storage during transport, the Sliced smoked and aged salmon is placed in isothermal polystyrene boxes together with gel ice with special packaging film for food products.

Storage

Product without preservatives, to be stored in the fridge at a temperature between 2 and 4 °C.
Shelf life about 120 days.
