This kind of smoked salmon is aged with controlled humidity and temperature, according to Claudio Cerati’s rules. This control system allows to enhance and express all salmon flavours, from sweetness to saltiness, as a result of a unique process. The thin-sliced composition is perfect for an easy preparation and at the same time to appreciate all the nuances of flavor.

Salmon reared in open sea, naturally fed, without antibiotics and GMOs.
Salmon (Salmo salar), sugar and sea salt.


The Sliced smoked and aged salmon is vacuum-packed inside a natural paper box.


To ensure a proper storage during transport, the Sliced smoked and aged salmon is placed in isothermal polystyrene boxes together with gel ice with special packaging film for food products.


Product without preservatives, to be stored in the fridge at a temperature between 2 and 4 °C.
Shelf life about 120 days.
