Ingredients

Salmon grown in the open sea, fed naturally, without antibiotics and GMOs.
Salmon (Salmo salar), sugar and sea salt.

Confezione

The Heart fillet  is vacuum-packed inside the elegant black and silver Upstream box.

Transport

For proper preservation during transport, the Heart fillet is placed in isothermal polystyrene containers together with ice gel with special packaging film for food products.

Strorage

Fresh product, without preservatives, to be kept in the refrigerator at a temperature between 2 and 4 °C.
It expires  in 30 days.

Tasting

The Heart fillet delights for its softness and sweetness; the smoking is very delicate, barely hinted at. It is ideal to taste it naturally to enjoy its pure taste.

Salmon heart fillet

The Heart fillet is the finest section of salmon. Made exclusively from the back, it gives a very fine and very sweet taste, with an almost unnoticeable smoke. Taste It can be enjoyed naturally to enhance its delicate flavour or as the protagonist of delicious recipes.

Upstream Heart fillet is marinated with a little salt and sugar in alternation and smoked with beech wood from the Emilian Apennines, especially thought to guarantee its delicacy. A unique method, an incomparable taste.
