The soul of each box is Upstream smoked salmon which, in its elegance, softness and goodness, is present in different cuts and sizes, also combined with exclusive accessories or with high quality bottles.

Inside the gift boxes

Gift boxes are different expressions of Upstream taste.

With the  Heart fillet Gold Edition the special selection of salmon becomes an ingot; inside, edible 23-carat gold crumbs: a tribute to the purest state of luxury.

Perfect harmony between taste and design in the royal boxes, giving the possibility to serve Upstream salmon at the table with exclusive accessories.

The royal boxes are also available with combinations of different salmon cuts, bottles, smoked oil always with beech from the Emilian Apennines.

Then the combinations: the Tasting box, an aromatic range of three flavours, and the Full Tasting, a rich tasting completed by accessories.
