In a single elegant package the five cuts are conceived for a journey to discover the different taste of flavours of Upstream salmon.

The "Five-in-One" pack contains the 300 g Heart fillet, the 120 g Belly, the 200 g Sliced Classic, the 150 g Tartare and the 100 g Millefoglie, individually vacuum-packed in black and silver boxes and placed in the elegant cotton bag with the Upstream logo.

The products are all fresh and preservative-free, with a 30-day shelf life. For correct preservation during transport, isothermal polystyrene containers are used together with ice gel with special packaging film for food products.
