Each plate in the "Dynamism" line was created exclusively for Upstream by Massimo Lunardon, eclectic artist and master blower.

They are unique handcrafted pieces, inspired by the purity of the waters in which Upstream salmon live.

Each plate has a different name, which expresses their shape. Similar to splendid paintings, inside of which is drawn a palette of dynamic motifs, these plates welcome with style the recipes created with our salmon, making the most of their presentation.
